Description
Before: PHILLIPS, Chief Judge, WEICK, Circuit Judge and CECIL, Senior Circuit Judge. Per Curiam. This is an appeal by William Scotty Mullins, Thomas Edward Gernigan, Gordon Rose, Donella Elliot, G. V. Noble, William Combs and Irene Venters, plaintiffs-appellants, from an order of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Kentucky, at Lexington, granting a judgment on a directed verdict in a jury case to the Defendant, Dare To Be Great, Inc. Irene Venters filed an intervening complaint and the others were all joined as plaintiffs in the original pleading. The plaintiffs all make the same charges against the defendant and seek the same remedy. The two complaints before us are substantially the same. No objection was made to the joinder of plaintiffs. Such joinder is permissive under Rule 20 (a) F.R.C.P.
